Refund policy
Quality Assurance:
All our creations undergo a meticulous inspection to ensure they meet our stringent quality requirements. Given that our products are individually handmade in small batches, slight imperfections, color variations, and air bubbles may naturally occur. These characteristics are not considered faults but unique features that add to the charm of each creation and do not impact the normal use of the product.
Cancellation:
If your order has not yet been shipped, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Returns:
We offer a 14-day return policy after you receive your order (exceptions may apply). Eligible products must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for packaging the items securely and covering the shipping costs. A tracking number must be provided. To initiate a return, please email info@studiolgu.com Once we receive and inspect the eligible order, you will be automatically refunded through the same payment method used at checkout.
Exceptions: Sales, promotions, items marked as 'limited edition,' DIY Kits, and tealight samples are not eligible for returns.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to info@studiolgu.com

Lost and Stolen Parcels:
Once shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels.
Parcels Returned to Sender:
If a package is returned to the sender due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. No refund is possible. Studio Olgu does not accept fees associated with returned parcels and will refuse to retrieve such parcels.
North American Orders:
Our returns, damages, and issues policies apply only to orders shipped within North America.
